The brief makes a new case for fairness grounded in empirical research from psychology and behavioral science, showing the positive potential of diverse teams. It presents six concrete good practices to help leaders embed fairness and achieve more effective and innovative policies to reduce nuclear risk and to promote arms control, non-proliferation and disarmament.
