Factsheet: Arab Women in International Security and Disarmament

This factsheet outlines the current state of gender imbalance in terms of Arab women’s participation in international security and disarmament.

Based on discussions organised by UNIDIR, it addresses some of the main obstacles hindering their equal participation in the region, practices that have worked well in the past, as well as ideas on how to bridge the gap going forward.
