The UNIDIR Cyber Dialogues convened experts and diplomats to share fresh perspectives on priority themes in the OEWG, generate new ideas and advance partnerships to collaborate on solutions to the challenges and amplify good practices.
From existing and potential threats to voluntary norms and capacity building, we discussed how States and non-state actors can share responsibility for cyber resilience, norm implementation, support the inter-governmental process, make progress on addressing challenges, and implement Annual Progress Report recommendations both today and in future.
