Ekaterina Martynova
Graduate Professional Security and Technology
Ekaterina Martynova is a Graduate Professional with UNIDIR’s Security and Technology Programme, working in the cyber security research workstream. Her research interests include State responsibility for malicious cyber activities under international law and the peaceful settlement of inter-State cyber-related disputes.
Ekaterina holds a master’s degree and a PhD in international law. Before joining UNIDIR, Ekaterina worked in the private sector. She also teaches international law at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia.
She speaks English and Russian, and basic Portuguese.
