On 10 May, UNIDIR Deputy Director Dr. Cecile Aptel and the Head of the Managing Exits from Armed Conflict Project, Dr. Siobhan O’Neil, held an informal conversation with members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
Discussions included UNIDIR’s recent research on child recruitment by armed groups and subsequent reintegration paths post-association.
