UNIDIR and the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) gender focal points Austria and Cameroon organized an interactive webinar to exchange views and ideas on gender diversity and inclusion in the next stage of CCM implementation.
The discussion included short presentations by the gender focal points and other CCM States Parties, followed by an interactive discussion with diplomats, cluster munition or unexploded ordnance stakeholders and the broader mine action community. The event brought together representatives of CCM States Parties, operators, civil society and expert organizations for an open conversation on how to ensure the Convention delivers for all groups of society throughout all areas of implementation.
