Andraz Kastelic is a Researcher at UNIDIR’s Security and Technology Programme, leading work on cyber stability.
Prior to joining UNIDIR, Andraz held various research positions in different international organizations and research institutions around the world.
Andraz holds a PhD in International Law, MA in Diplomacy and speaks three languages, including English.
