Sapar Annayev

Sapar is a Finance and Budget Officer at UNIDIR. He works on instituitional administrative matters and provides support to programmes on finance, budget, human resources and procurement.

Prior to joining UNIDIR, he served as a Business Analyst at the Division of Conference Management in Geneva, as an Associate Programme Officer at UNESCAP in Bangkok, and as a Project Consultant at UNIDO in Vienna.

Before joining the UN System, Sapar held business development and sales engineering roles with global technology corporations.

Sapar is a Prince2 Certified Practitioner and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He speaks English and Russian.
