Sapar Annayev
Finance and Budget Officer Cross-Institute
Sapar Annayev is a Finance and Budget Officer at UNIDIR’s Administrative Support Team which covers budget, finance, human resources and procurement.
Prior to joining UNIDIR, he served as a Business Analyst at the Division of Conference Management in Geneva, as an Associate Programme Officer at UNESCAP in Bangkok, and as a Project Consultant at UNIDO in Vienna.
Before joining the UN System, Sapar held business development and sales engineering roles with global technology corporations.
Sapar is a Prince2 Certified Practitioner and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He speaks English and Russian.
