Evaluating the impact of the Arms Trade Treaty

The Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) Research Consortium, comprising UNIDIR, Conflict Armament Research and the Stimson Center, with the generous support of the United Kingdom, will begin an initiative titled “Evaluating the Impact of the Arms Trade Treaty”.

This side event will launch the initiative with an interactive discussion on key elements for the first comprehensive review of the ATT’s influence on national transfer control systems, processes for countering diversion and international cooperation and assistance for peace, security and reducing human suffering.
