Jan Hendrik Mannsperger

Jan Hendrik Mannsperger is a Graduate Professional with UNIDIR’s Security and Technology Programme, working in the artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomy workstream. His work focuses on AI governance and international security.

Prior to joining UNIDIR, Jan Hendrik was a Project Assistant at the Munich Security Conference. He also interned at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s New York office, where he conducted research on multilateralism, international security and new technologies, as well as at the German Council on Foreign Relations and the Austrian Institute for International Affairs.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Vienna, and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and in Mass Media and Communication Science from the University of Vienna.

Jan Hendrik is fluent in English, German and Italian, and has intermediate proficiency in French and Persian.
