OEWG Briefing Paper no. 2. The Treatment of the Issue of Nuclear Disarmament since the Open-Ended Working Group in 2013

This background paper, prepared at the request of the Chair of the 2016 Open-ended Working Group (OEWG), outlines developments in different international processes related to the treatment of nuclear disarmament since 2013. It builds upon an earlier Brief UNIDIR prepared for the OEWG in 2013 entitled ‘The Treatment of the Issue of Nuclear Disarmament in Relevant Forums Established by the United Nations’.
