Clara Zuccarino

Clara Zuccarino is a Graduate Professional with the Strategic Communications team at UNIDIR. She holds a Master’s in International and Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, International and Economic Studies from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where she graduated cum laude.

Prior to joining UNIDIR, Clara has interned at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, where she worked with the Public Information Unit on the media and social media relations and strategy with multiple international stakeholders. With a deep professional and academic interest in Environment and Sustainability, Clara has contributed to the World Meteorological Organization’s 2023 State of Climate Services for Health Report as Student Researcher, working on the report’s strategic storytelling. She also held a Monitoring and Evaluation internship position for the think tank International Institute for Sustainable Development.

Clara speaks English, Spanish, Italian and has an intermediate proficiency in French.
