Jonathan Eli Libut
Graduate Professional Conventional Arms and Ammunition
Jonathan is a Graduate Professional in UNIDIR’s Conventional Arms and Ammunitions Programme. His areas of expertise and research interests traverse the fields of risk and crisis management, peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and development politics.
Jonathan holds a master’s degree in Governance and Development from the University of Antwerp, and is currently completing his PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Louvain, Belgium. He has previously worked both in the academic and consultancy sectors in the Philippines, and has been involved in peacebuilding missions across Southeast Asia.
Jonathan speaks English, Filipino, and French (A2).
