Jessica Caus is the Associate Project Coordinator of the Managing Exits from Armed Conflict Project (MEAC) at UNIDIR. Her research focuses on conflict prevention and resolution, climate security, the dynamics of armed group violence as well as disarmament, demobilization and reintegration (DDR).

Prior to working at UNIDIR, Jessica was a research associate at United Nations University Centre for Policy Research (UNU-CPR) where she worked on a broad range of peace and security issues. She is the co-author of Conflict Prevention in the Sahel, Conflict Prevention in an Era of Climate Change, and the research volume Rule of Law and Sustaining Peace. She holds a master’s degree in Peace Research and International Relations from the University of Tübingen.

Jessica speaks English, German, and Italian.
