Our staff work across the whole range of disarmament, arms control and related global security issues.

Fellows

Our fellowships bring to the Institute thinkers – practitioners, scholars, and diplomats – whose work enhances public and policy conversations about the most pressing disarmament and arms control issues.

Graduate Professionals

Graduate Professionals support the Institute and receive a stipend towards living costs. Applicants are typically recent graduates from all over the world.

We value gender parity and diversity

We greatly value gender parity and diversity. Applications are encouraged from all qualified candidates without distinction on the grounds of race, colour, sex, national origin, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity.

UNIDIR’s Gender and Diversity Policy enables us to improve the way in which these issues are integrated into every aspect of the Institute’s work. Our Gender and Diversity Action Plan supports this effort by setting clear goals and identifying concrete actions that can help turn policy into reality.
