In this letter, dated January 20th, 2015, LAS responds to the Facilitator's request to host a further consultative meeting in Geneva. LAS also provides their views on the "orientation paper" prepared by the Facilitator, in particular that the paper does not meet the requirements for the convening of the postponed 2012 conference.
