Kobi Leins

Dr. Kobi Leins was a visiting researcher at UNIDIR in 2020. Senior Research Fellow in Digital Ethics with the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a non-resident Fellow at the United Nations Institute of Disarmament Research. Leins’ PhD, submitted in 2019, is entitled, 'International Law Applicable to the Use of Nanomaterials in War' and was published in 2021 with Cambridge University Press.
