Erica is the Programme Assistant for the Conventional Arms Programme at UNIDIR, where she provides operational, logistical, and administrative support to ensure the effective implementation of the Programme’s workplan. Her focus is on conventional arms control and disarmament in peacekeeping contexts. Prior to joining UNIDIR, she worked with the United Nations Department of Peace Operations, in the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) Section as the Special Assistant to the DDR Section Chief in New York, as well as with the International Action Network on Small Arms. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in International Security from Sciences Po, the Paris School of International Affairs, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Adelphi University in New York.
Erica's areas of expertise include conventional arms control and disarmament in peacekeeping contexts, conflict prevention, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration (DDR), as well as weapons and ammunition management (WAM).
She speaks English and French.
