Drawing on the discussions in the OEWG and particularly on the Group’s August report, UNIDIR will convene a a seminar focusing on elements of and pathways to nuclear disarmament that featured prominently during the OEWG. UNIDIR will also prepare a background paper cataloguing briefly the main elements and pathways towards nuclear disarmament as were discerned from discussions in the OEWG and more generally (to encompass any perspectives that may not have been given expression in the OEWG).
