In order to further assist in promoting transparency and confidence-building measures, and moving research towards finding solution pathways for space security issues, UNIDIR is launching a new series of reports on outer space security. UNIDIR’s “Space Dossier” will contain specific ideas for the progressive development of space security norms. These norms could serve as the foundation for future work by the international community, either within the UN or other international fora.
