National Capabilities, Doctrine, Organization and Building Transparency and Confidence for Cyber Security: An Assessment

Under this project implemented in 2012, the Institute published its first Cyber Index, a study that served as a snapshot of current cyber security activities at the national, regional, and international levels, to help policy-makers and diplomats understand the complexity of the arena. Building on this Phase I foundational study, UNIDIR is continuing the work stream with the project The Cyber Index Tool.
