UNIDIR's research identifies the elements of a gender-responsive approach to arms control, non-proliferation and disarmament and proposes concrete measures that can inform the negotiation as well as the implementation of agreements and action plans, in synergy with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Women, Peace and Security Agenda.
