Pablo is a Graduate Professional in the CAP Programme. His research focus on the implementation of arms control instruments, on international humanitarian law and on the nexus between terrorism and arms proliferation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public international law and a Dual-Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Philosophy from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris. Prior to joining UNIDIR, Pablo worked with the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate as a Legal Intern, and with the French Ministry for Armed Forces as an Assistant Legal Officer. Pablo speaks French, English and Spanish.
