Leou Chen

Leou is a Graduate Professional for Youth and Disarmament at UNIDIR. 

He holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's degree in English and International Studies from China Foreign Affairs University. His research focuses on sanctions and counter-terrorism.

He has previously worked at United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Norwegian Refugee Council, and NBC News.
