Brazilian Cybersecurity Portal, Igarapé

Brazilian Cybersecurity Portal developed by Igarapé Institute facilitates access to knowledge through a historical overview of the national cybersecurity policy and governance landscape of Brazil.


Cyber Norms Index, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Carnegie’s Cyber Norms Index tracks and compares the important milestones in the negotiation and development of norms for state behaviour in and through cyberspace. It provides insight for policymakers and analysts in assessing cyber norms proposals, their evolution, and endorsements among the international community. 


Cybil Portal, Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE)

Cybil is a knowledge sharing portal for the international cyber capacity building community. It contains information on projects, events and resources, such as good practice guides. The Cybil Portal is a multistakeholder platform that can be used and contributed to by governments, companies, researchers, civil society and the public.  It is supported by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise in line with their mission to support knowledge sharing and coordination for cyber capacity building, and their commitment to transparency and inclusion. 


Developments in the Field of Information and Telecommunications in the Context of International Security, United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) 

The UNODA resource on Developments in the Field of Information and Telecommunications in the Context of International Security, provides information concerning the Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) and the Group of Governmental Experts (GGE), including a repository of all the relevant documents that are available. 


Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI), International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

The GCI is a trusted reference that measures the commitment of countries to cybersecurity at a global level – to raise awareness of the importance and different dimensions of the issue. As cybersecurity has a broad field of application, cutting across many industries and various sectors, each country’s level of development or engagement is assessed along five pillars and then aggregated into an overall score. 


Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Reaching Critical Will (RCW)

The Reaching Critical Will Information and Communications Technology resource includes information analysis on the multilateral processes discussing the issues of security in the ICT-environment. 

Sharing Electronic Resources and Laws on Crime (SHERLOC), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)

The SHERLOC knowledge management portal is developed and maintained by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to facilitate the dissemination of information regarding the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its three Protocols, as well as the international legal framework against terrorism.​
