Building a Framework for SALW Aid Effectiveness: Opportunities and Challenges

This research project was carried out from July 2009 to July 2010

To assess the aid effectiveness frameworks used for development assistance and to explore their applicability to Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW), in order to facilitate substantive discussions on improving aid effectiveness for SALW.
